its rare that ventriloquist dummy's or puppets will get possessed and come alive. gather more proof that its alive. if its haunted it wont hurt you. if you hear its hurting people call the police or its already taken care of by someone else like destroyed or buried. if not than take care of it or move away get outta there other than that stay.
